It was great until I realized I was randomly charged a 200$ fee that was not on the receipt and no one can explain where why or how it got charged to my card. The lobby is very clean but the floors and carpets where the rooms were are dingy and in need of updating.

WHEN WE ARRIVED I WALKED UP TO THE FRONT DESK. A LADY WAS WORKING WITH A CONSTRUCTION WORKER. 2 MEN THEN WALKED IN BEHIND ME TO CHECK INTO THEIR ROOMS. INSTEAD OF MAKING THEM WAIT, SHE CALLED THEM UP AND CHECKED THEM IN. THERE I AM, A PAYING CUSTOMER AND I'M MADE TO WAIT MORE THAN 5 MIN FOR HER TO CHECK THEM IN WHEN THEY WERE CLEARLY REGULAR CUSTOMERS BUT CAME IN BEHIND ME IN LINE. SHE PUT US IN A ROOM WHERE THE FLOOR WAS FULL OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS THROWN DOWN ON THE GROUND WHICH WE HAD TO WALK AROUND. NO CONSTRUCTION PEOPLE IN SIGHT. OBJECTS LIKE ROLLS OF CARPET, ALL KINDS OF WOOD DEBRIS AND CONSTUCTION DEBRIS EVERYWHERE DOWN THE HALLAWAY. WE WERE A FEW MINS LATE CHECKING OUT AND TOLD THE MAID. SHE STILL TRIED TO COME INTO OUR ROOM WITHOUT KNOCKING. WE WERE LITERALLY GATHERING OUR ITEMS TO WALK OUT. HOW DARE SHE!!
