Better to avoid this hotel. 1.No cleaning in the room even you stay any number of days. 2 Servcie. Each and every time you have to ask front desk and request for stuff even basic things which is expected in the hotel. 3. Fridge was not working. No one came to fix it despite multiple request.

Location was very convenient and everything was walkable from here. But the room conditions were bad. Water supply from shower was intermittent, toilet flush didn’t get water at all in the morning time and they told we had to wait until 8.30 /9 for the maintenance person to come and check and nothing can be done till then. Would not comeback here again.

It is a decent hotel. It is not very expensive. Breakfast buffet is of lower quality than places like Holiday Inn express. We stayed for 2 nights and the room did not get cleaned.

I would not stay here again. Checkin was slow. The room was not clean, especially the bathroom. There was dust and hair under the vanity and orange scum/mold on the shower curtain and walls. At least the beds were ok. Breakfast was very limited and often ran out of items. Not enough for the large number of guests and not enough seating.

The staff were amazing! The hotel was a reasonable walk to the falls, which was great so you didn’t have to worry about finding parking. Everything else was not so great. The whole hotel was dirty, including our room. They do not provide service during your stay so our trash was overflowing by day two. The beds were not comfortable and breakfast was overcrowded and had limited selection. The shower would not drain properly, the drawers for the dresser would not stay shut and the safe would not work. I have stayed at other hotels in this chain and this was not remotely to the same standard.
The cable box had to be propped up in order to be able to change channels, otherwise it dangled and the remote couldn’t reach the sensor
