I love this property. Since I first stayed at the hotel 6 years ago, I appreciate the area around, especially since the underground was built and you can easily get here from airport. The rooms a big and stylish. Beds are comfy. Stuff is super kind and personal. Design, once been on a cutting edge, still looks appealing.

Room layouts were odd. No chair in room, TV not easily visible from bed, twin bed arrangements were too complex due to built in headboard on wall- rest of hotel was good. Didnt use restaurant as didnt want Italian food.

My Wife and I throughly enjoyed our long weekend stay at this hotel. The property is well located in Nice, has some great amenities such as the rooftop pool and spa that are underpinned and supported by friendly and attentive hotel colleagues to guest needs.

It is a lovely hotel in a nice area... great for travelling to and from Nice airport as an exit to the tram stop is just outside the hotel..i had a treatment in the spa.... i gave a low score overall and for staff based on my initial contact with one member of staff as i approached the hotel.. he did not greet me as i approached, in fact he attempted to block my access to the hotel.. i had to say to him, "Excuse me!! I have a reservation here!!"..i was smart casual, in jeans and a blazer ..perhaps it was because i was not dragging Louis Vuitton luggage or just plain racism which is funny as the person blocking me was of N. African descent. This same person was fawning over a guest that pulled up to the front of the hotel in a sports car...With that initial interaction, i had to give a lower score as it spoilt my overall experience so i will probably not return.

Pros 1. Located in the center of Nice 2. Friendly staff, great service 3. Provide sparking water, wine and snacks 4. indoor and outdoor pool are the features Cons 1. Small tiny old rooms 2. Large twin feels like a full size bed 3. Breakfast charge is too much 4. Pool is tiny and view is just ok. 5. The first pic of the main hotel page is definitely misleading. It’s 10mins walk to the beach and they do not have lounge chair there. 6. Do not ask hotel to call a cab. The driver charges 30euro for a 10-min ride, which only costs 10euro w/ Uber. 7. There is a flying bug in the room unfortunately.
