We missed our connecting flight and lost the money for the first night for no fault of our own. We let them know as soon as we found out but they would not credit it. We had to beg for 2 hrs late checkout! That was frustrating. Location is nice. They have an arrangement for breakfast at the hotel across the street and the breakfast was the highlight of the one night stay!

The internet never worked at all. Every day during our three day stay we were assured the technician had fixed it, but there was never usable internet. In this day and age a hotel with no internet is unacceptable. We could not even send email most of the time. Everything else about the place is excellent.

We had a great stay in this hotel - the staff were very friendly, and although we had an issue with our shower, this was quickly resolved while we were out for the day. The hotel is in an ideal location, close to the beach and train station - would definitely recommend!

Amazing Stay with Family.

Amazing place to live in the centre of NICE, close to lovely restaurants, boutique shops and cafe a supermarket 2 mins away & the Promenade only 5 mins walk. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and the rooms spacious and clean. Overall a fantastic stay & is highly recomenrded.

Great stay

Very good space, has tiny kitchen and a small living room, but it’s nice to have it. Walking distance to all the main attractions and a short walk to the beach. Has underground paid parking, which is nice. Great location. We enjoyed our stay.
