4 star standard at a 3 star price. Paper cups instead of ceramic cups or glasses were a disappointment but ask nicely and you’ll get proper cups for tea and coffee and glasses ( for that late night drink) from the ground floor facilities. Public transport is a breeze and the Lignes D’Azur travel card is worth it for a 3 day stay. We used Bio Brod for breakfast. Good choice.

Very dirty hallways, rooms & bedsheets. I had the room service staff change all the bed linens in front of my eyes. They were all dirty and full of hair upon our arrival. The bathroom floor was also dirty. The carpet all over the property hallways was super dirty as if never cleaned. No mini bar or slippers in the room

Good view. Nice balcony but the lock on the doors was loose and flimsy. Bed was ok but a bit on the firmer side. Size of room was excellent and the water pressure and air conditioning worked well. Shower grout was a bit moldy and there were some stains on the carpet. Fridge, safe, tv and towel warmer all fine. A very comfortable stay overall, but the hotel should address the items listed above.

Highly recommend. Centrally located, clean, staff very friendly, 15 min walk to everything u need. Loved having a balcony and looking out at the beautiful water and able to dry bathing suits on the chairs there. Was our home base touring the French Riviera! Stayed here for 8 nights and would do it again one day God willing!!

It is located on the main Avenue and directly across is the Mediterranean Sea where you can use any number of beach clubs for a small price that include loungers, umbrellas & towels. Close enough to walk to many outdoor cafes. Or shopping at markets. Although 3 star, the rooms are large, well maintained and staff all are pleasant & helpful. Room 504 was large & has a nice balcony looking at the sea.

Great hotel

We ended a several week trip at this location and were very pleased. I wish we stayed longer at this facility! The hotel is located across from the beach. We stayed in a sea view room which was clean and had amazing views. The room was somewhat dated but overall spacious and nice. The staff was also pleasant. We did not have a car so no comment on parking but we were able to walk everywhere. The hotel is near a ton of restaurants and stores. We rented electric bicycles on the nearby boardwalk. Great place and would absolutely stay here again!

Loved the location—right across from the beach and within walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shopping, both high-end and more affordable options. The hotel itself is dated and may come across as dingy to some. There is an on-site restaurant, but I rarely saw it busy during my weeklong stay, so I didn’t try it myself. Towels were very thin, but the cleaning staff was thorough and prompt, which I appreciated. Overall, not a bad choice for the price and location. I’d consider trying other nearby hotels for comparison, but I’d be open to staying here again.
