Amazing terasse!
Wonderful appartment - feels bigger than it actually is.

The whole apartment is designed ín a very smart way, using perfectly every mini corner of the space of the property. Congratulations to The design team As well
The view from the balcony is amazing, beds are super comfortable, very well equipped kitchen. Having the bus stop just ín front of the building really made our stay even more relaxed by leaving our car in the garage of the building.
The application is an excellent tool.for the communication with your team, working really well
Some ideas to improve guest experience:
- putting stickers on the switch of the lights to help which one is for which light would help a lot, as there are many switches ín the apartment and it took a while to remember the pairing of the switch and the light
- beside putting stickers on the glass door, some warning or a different color of the opening wire for the mosquito net would be also useful.

Magnifique place á Nice
I already stayed at this apartment last fall, and there was no question to return here at this time to spend wonderful 3 weeks in Nice. I am still amazed by the arrangement and furnishing of this place by utilizing the smallest spot in a smart way.
The view from the balcony is just something you cannot get bored of.
Very comfortable from public transportation pont of view, while walking down to Cours Saleya is still within 30 minutes.
Supported by several kitchen and household equipments really helped my 3 weeks stay to feel at home
I would strongly suggest having the following items/improvements arranges for the guests:
*Dustpan for quick sweeping avoiding the usage of the vacuum cleaner
*Mop
*Monitoring and adding the special salt and rinsing liquid for the dish washer ( I think this is something guests will not buy for their stay, however without those being filled up from time to time can lead to issues with the equipment, this causing inconveniences both for guests and you as well)
*Windows are about to get a proper cleaning
*Bed linen to include duvet and cover for that, as those blankets are not comfortable and hygenic be used.

Location was awesome. We had a beautiful view of the water from our balcony. Grocery store and cafe were within walking distance. The apartment was very well stocked with appliances and kitchenware. The pool was wonderful even though it was a little too cold to swim. We had to purchase pool towels since the property did not provide them. The murphy bed/mattress/pillows were not comfortable to us. I slept on the couch which was much more comfortable. We noticed that our feet/socks were black when walking around without shoes and found that the floor was very dirty. Unfortunately, there was no mop available to clean with. Our neighbors smoked frequently throughout the day and night and the odors came into our balcony and living room which was extremely frustrating and of course, not within the control of the property owner. Other than the cigarette smoke issue, I would recommend this property as the other issues are easily solveable. The view is absolutely amazing!

Sehr guter Standort für Nice
Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Es ist alles so, wie auf den Fotos zu sehen und im Text beschrieben ist. Nur die Aussicht mit der Abendsonne und dem Blick über dem Hafen, Nice und bei guter Sicht bis nach Antibe kann man sicher nicht so bebildern oder beschreiben, wie es der Wirklichkeit entspricht.
Das Haus rauchfrei bekommen (wir hatten leider Nachbarn die geraucht haben).
