A very comfortable stay.

We had lots and of communication from the host beforehand. The accommodation was very clean and a very big room. The bed was extremely comfy. Great location. We were very happy here.

It’s not hard to see why this little gem has been running by the same lady for nearly 20 years. Genevieve is the perfect host, the rooms are traditionally beautiful, the location is perfect for all places…the beach, the old town…the square. Perfect Visit to Nice

We stayed for two nights in the quadruple room while in vacation in Nice. The room was spacious and in a very good location, just a short walk from the train station and to the old town and promenade areas. The owner, Genevieve, was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay and was always willing to offer suggestions for great restaurants and things to do in the area. There are only a few rooms and two fully functioning bathrooms so sharing posed no problems whatsoever during our stay.
