If you are reading this review look no further and book this amazing house. We are a family of 4, our son and daughter slept in the lower 2 bedrooms and we slept upstairs. The house is well laid out with a large area for ski storage, laundry, bathroom and shower on the lower level. Second level has a work station, en-suite master bedroom, large living room with gas fireplace, huge windows with a beautiful view of Mt Yoti, dining room table and full sized kitchen ( there are no condiments or paper towels) There is a nespresso maker, but it is impossible to find pods in this part of Japan, so bring your own. We shopped in Kutchen at the Lucky grocery store. There are only convenience stores in Niseko, ok for a quick shopping. Restaurants also tend to be very busy so if you have the time do your research and make dinner reservations before arriving to the area. This house is also in a perfect area, just down the road about a 10 minute drive to the base of Grand Hirafu where there is free parking. Only a 5 minute walk up the hill to the main drag of Niseko. Niseko Portfolio does a great job managing this property and took care of all our needs ( booked our Onsen tour, helped with ski rental,booked our snowmobile tour) Loved our stay here!
