Laundry service in room was convenient.

The apartment in which I stayed was well-appointed, though I could only access Netflix, no free to air TV stations. My colleagues staying in nearby apartments reported that neither of their front doors would lock, despite repeated attempts to turn the lock - their doors simply opened upon being pushed - so they felt quite unsafe, especially as the weekend was a big sporting event in the city - LOADS of people around. Awkward parking conditions meant we had to exit the underground car park, park the car illegally, run into the foyer to deposit the keys in the box before then leaving the complex. Surely this could be rethought. Issues with rubbish collection as well - a few 'forthright' signs around warning residents and visitors about that.

Fantastic location and easily walkable to Queen St Mall, supermarket, restaurants and even over to Southbank. Pool was great, and loved the sauna! We had a 2 bedroom apartment and it was fantastic. Clean, 2 bathroom, laundry, well equipped kitchen, and had everything that we needed. Both bedrooms and the loungeroom had sliding doors leading out to the balcony and it was lovely to look at city lights or up towards the hills. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Will very happily stay here again!
