Front desk staff are delightful. Shout out to Chosen who truly made our family stay memorable on a gray winter's day, plus the restaurant staff who make this hotel feel like a home-kitchen on the beach.

I only was there one night but reception staff was very friendly, with easy check-in and out. The room was very clean and contained everything I needed. I had a small parking issue where when I arrived I parked in front lot and after going out and returning in the dark front lot was full and I found the signage was lacking for alternate garage parking. I parked in the wrong place and found note on car with risk of being towed. Thankfully everything worked out. Lastly, not hotels fault, but there were a bunch of underage teenage girls running through the halls, stairwells and playing in elevators unsupervised until about 9pm. If it had continued later I would have called the front desk. Otherwise a very good stay.

The rooms were large, clean and spacious. The staff was attentive, courteous and professional. My only complaints are the poor bathroom lighting, and the slow elevators. Also, room service was good the calamari, fish & chips and smashburgers were delicious. More over, I would recommend this hotel.

Elle at the front desk was fantastic! Professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. The room was beautiful and very clean. The housekeepers were thorough and efficient.

My room was nice, and the bed was comfortable. Some noise is noticeable during the night from building heating systems. One annoying thing, which kept me awake, was the smoke detector's blinking LED, which is VERY bright in a dark room. I had to place a pillow over my head to try to sleep; it was very bothersome. The Tides restaurant breakfast buffet was well-presented and delicious. The front desk staff were friendly and professional, taking care of check-in and departure.

All the staff was wonderful and easy to work with. The room was fresh and very clean. Parking was easy. The location was good and the ocean view was beautiful.

We had a "beach view" which was perfect for this time of the year. The front desk staff was very friendly and pleasant to deal with. We did think the restuarant was overpriced and therefore didn't have a meal there. My biggest complaint was the parking lot! Twice I had to enter my car from the rear and climb over the seats because the car beside me had parked too close. The parking places really need to be re-ligned to allow a bigger parking lots!
