Staff was great and helpful, hotel was clean and in an area surrounded by shopping and dining. We enjoyed the pool table in the common area and hanging out down there with other family members that were also staying at the hotel. There are some areas of the hotel that are starting to look worn or not well maintained but overall it was a good stay. Would stay here again.

This hotel exceeded expectations. Bed comfort was amazing, HVAC was comfortable, glass door shower was splendid. Everything was well maintained. The breakfast offered a wide variety of food options and was plentiful. Lobby coffee and tea 24 hours was welcome. The walking trail around the lake was perfect for walking our dog, and our 4th floor room had a great view of lake. I would like to give a shout out to Aerie, our waitress at breakfast one morning who provided excellent shopping suggestions and restaurants suggestions.
