The room was clean and comfortable. Great water pressure in the shower. TV worked great, good variety of channels. Microwave, refrigerator, coffee in the room. No breakfast, but that's not a problem for me. I prefer to eat in local restaurants. Walking distance to a couple of good restaurants. Good parking right in front of room.

I stay here all the time while visiting North Conway. The owners are very nice and helpful. The property is a convenient location to the town, you can even walk to town. The rooms and grounds are in tip top shape.
