Amenities were great. Only thing that drops it to a 4 is that the bed was rock hard. I'm usually not fussy about a bed but it was tough to sleep in. I know a bed is a subjective review, some may find it comfy. All said and done, I would stay again. Price was great, lobby is welcoming and cozy.

The room looked nothing like the pictures online. Very dated, shower drain did not work and ended up standing in ankle height water. Stayed 3 nights and did not get maid service once! No beds made , trash emptied, or clean towels. Pool area had tiles open or missing from ceiling and the hot tub was out of service. Again nothing like the pictures

A big “Thank you” to Anna at the evening front desk. She was super friendly and helpful! We needed to do some laundry and she gave us instructions & change. She also showed me the free coffee available in the front lobby, and we had a nice conversation. Made us feel ver6 comfortable. Our room was very nice and cozy and the location was perfect for going downtown to the shops or riding the train. Felt very safe walking around the area.

I come here all the time. The beds in this unit were awful. I tried both of them. One bed felt like it was caving in and the other way just horrible. Couldn’t sleep well at all.
