Located at the end of a cul-de-sac and surrounded by 18 mature palm trees, this recently remodeled single story home is an oasis of lush greenery. A long line of mature Areca palm bushes provide a sense of privacy and tropical escape. If you're timings right, a mango, avacado or lime tree can provide fresh produce for your table.

Enjoy sunsets overlooking the canal on the comfortable patio after a relaxing day lounging by the large pool or take advantage of all the area has to offer by visiting the neighboring beaches located about 35 minutes away. Visit downtown Fort Myers with a quick hop over the nearby bridge or dine on nearby Del Prado Blvd.
Enjoy the comforts of home with a full kitchen with modern appliances and everything you need to prepare your meals.

Could not have been happier. The house is very well maintained, new appliances, great swimming pool. Love the kitchen. Wi-Fi is fast and reliable. All in a quiet neighborhood. Off the high traffic roads and close to all the amenities you'll need during your stay.
