The living area includes a flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and comfortable seating. Step out onto the 26-foot oceanfront balcony, accessible from both the living room and master suite, to enjoy morning coffee, a sunset cocktail, or simply the soothing sound of the waves.

The master suite features a king bed, 40" flat-screen TV, ceiling fan, and direct balcony access. The master bath offers a double vanity, jacuzzi garden tub, and separate glass-enclosed shower. Two guest rooms each include two queen beds, flat-screen TVs, and ceiling fans, providing comfort and privacy for everyone. Softball tournament trip

Living Room furniture is dated and not very comfortable. Check in/out process would be much easier with code entry and exit. Arrival wasn’t bad but finding the time to return keys to location away from Condo with an early morning tournament was difficult. Other than that, great location, beautiful view and plenty of space to accommodate 2 families. Rental facility was very nice as well. Would stay at this condo again.

Great property and location

Enjoyed the property, scenery, and our stay. Looks exactly like the picture. Fast response from maintenance I believe his name was Skip(?) but he was wonderful with a great attitude. Only thing I recommend is upgrading living room furniture.

Remarkable value. Amazing property. Fantastic views from the 18th floor! Perfect location! I would highly recommend this property as it is well equipped and spacious. We absolutely loved our stay here! ❤

Fire safety

The building had a fire alarm pulled . The fire department arrived on scene. We were on the 18 th floor. the only alarm to us was a flashing strobe in an outside walkway that could not be seen from inside. No audible alarms were sounding and only a call from our grandson who saw the firetruck arrive gave us a warning to evacuate. What could happen if an actual fire accured. BEWARE...
