This property is AMAZING!! Coltin is the best VRBO host I’ve ever had and we travel a lot. Coltin is basically a travel agent. He setup our transportation, excursions, chef, massages etc. the property was exquisite! It was clean, well stocked and a great location. If we go back to Costa Rica, I’ll definitely be looking up his other properties too! We had a group of 26 people and traveling with a group that big can be very stressful but Coltin made it so easy and actually relaxing.
View at 5am. The howler monkeys woke us up. 😂

Most Epic Stay Ever!!!

This place was an absolute dream for me and my friends, and would recommend it for any group. The property has endless gold star benefits, my favorite being the huge yard. Being able to see the ocean from our yard, as well as to stand in the grass under the incredible Costa Rican night sky, was a blessing. The houses were clean, comfortable, and very well decorated, they felt like a real home. The pool is awesome too! Coltin was always on call for any and every question we had, and made his best effort to assist us in having the best stay possible. The property is very close to town, an easy 10-15 minute walk, and even closer to a great outdoor gym. Tuk tuks are readily available to pick you up, as well as golf cart rentals if you do not wish to walk. The property is also right next to an incredible pickleball facility, and a short drive from various event spaces. I highly recommend staying here, and after meeting Coltin, I would stay at any of his properties.

Excellent stay

I had such an amazing experience at this property in Nosara. Coltin was an excellent host and he answered all of our detailed questions from beginning to end. He was extremely responsive and on top of every little detail. The property was very clean and everything was just like the photos. Jumping in the pool after a long day at the beach and one day, we walked to the beach for an adventure. I would recommend this 10 out of 10

The Best Stay in Nosara

We’ve stayed in Nosara many times, but this trip was by far the best thanks to this incredible property and team. The location is not only stunning but also incredibly safe, which gave our family peace of mind throughout our stay. What made this experience stand out was the full-service concierge. They arranged everything for us—from a private chef to booking excursions, organizing transportation, and offering fantastic local recommendations. Meal delivery was a breeze, and the check-in process was as smooth as it gets. The team was also super flexible with check-in and checkout times, making everything feel relaxed and easy. A special shoutout to their in-house emergency medical response team. One of our family members fell ill unexpectedly, and their prompt attention was a huge blessing. Having professional care available on-site truly made all the difference and allowed us to continue enjoying our vacation without unnecessary stress. If you’re looking for the perfect blend of luxury, safety, and exceptional service, this is the place to be in Nosara. Can’t wait to return!

Perfect Retreat Space

I hosted a breathwork facilitator retreat at this property, and it was absolutely perfect for our needs. The serene surroundings, thoughtfully designed accommodations, and peaceful atmosphere provided the ideal setting for connection and growth. Our group of 12 relied on Coltin and his wife's expert local recommendations, which made our stay even more memorable. The boat trip to Pink Sand Island and whale watching were incredible highlights, and the private chef he arranged for us nourished us with Blue Zone-inspired brunches and dinners. The lush greenery, private pool, and proximity to the beach created a harmonious balance of relaxation and reflection. The hosts were exceptionally accommodating and responsive, ensuring a seamless experience. I can’t wait to return for another retreat!
