The location is great. The lobby a real bonus. The staff friendly. We are still waiting a refund payment for our room though as it was overcharged.

The property is charming and central for navigating Manhattan. The area is a little more corporate so there isn’t any of the charm you’ll find lower in Manhattan. The staff (except one woman) were incredibly friendly and helpful. I will stay again!

Good location - close to the Ferry and Subway! Great facilities - loved the free laundry. Great for groups. Staff were friendly and communication was excellent!
