The Space:

Just steps from the shoreline, this 10th-floor condo at Peninsula Nuevo Vallarta places you right on the waterfront, where beach access and resort amenities shape an effortless stay.



Sleeping arrangements

The condo accommodates up to 10 guests across 5 bedrooms with 8 beds and 5 baths. Room-darkening shades and cotton linens help ensure restful nights, while closet storage keeps everything organized throughout your stay. A paid crib is available for families traveling with little ones. Each bathroom includes bathroom essentials, and a bathtub offers space to unwind after a day by the water.



Outdoor living

Waterfront surroundings make it easy to move between the pool and the sand. Guests have access to an outdoor pool, shared sauna, and free resort access to nearby facilities. Beach access allows you to enjoy the nearby shoreline at your own pace. Back at the condo, your private patio or balcony with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area creates a relaxed setting for lingering evenings in the open air. Bikes are also available for exploring the area.



Kitchen and dining

The kitchen provides a full space where you can cook your own meals, whether preparing breakfast before the beach or dinner after sunset. A dining table offers comfortable seating indoors, and barbecue utensils and a grill support outdoor cooking plans. Wine glasses, a coffee maker - drip coffee maker, blender, refrigerator, microwave, and Otro electric stove are all included, along with cooking basics and dishes and silverware.



Comfort and essentials

Central air conditioning, AC - split type ductless system, and ceiling fans help maintain a comfortable indoor environment year-round. Wifi and a TV offer entertainment and connectivity, and a free washer - in unit and free dryer - in unit add everyday convenience. The building includes an elevator and free parking garage on premises for one vehicle.



Access and services

Guests enter through a building lobby with building staff available 24 hours a day to let guests in. Self check-in is supported, and long term stays allowed make it possible to settle in for 28 days or more.



Pets are not allowed.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._10_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.

Getting Around:

We recommend renting a car or you can use the Uber platform to get around the area and visit restaurants, stores and other attractions in the area. For a more personalized attention we can recommend transportation services as well as places to visit.



There parking has no fee and you can use the assigned space for your apartment.

This apartment has only one parking space.

Please notice that is not allowed for any visitors and/or friends to park in the complex.
