The Space:

Set in the new tower of the Aria Ocean complex, this entire condo accommodates up to 2 guests with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bath. The single-level layout is accessible by elevator and offers a private entrance, creating an easy arrival experience with self check-in via keypad. Cleanliness is prioritized before each stay, and the space is prepared so you can settle in and focus on time by the water.



Sleeping arrangements

The bedroom provides a bed with bed linens and cotton linens, along with hangers and an iron for longer stays. The bathroom includes hot water, and an in-unit washer and dryer add convenience for extended visits.



Kitchen & dining

The kitchen offers space where guests can cook their own meals, whether preparing a simple breakfast before the beach or a relaxed dinner at home. A dining table provides a comfortable spot to gather indoors. The setup supports practical, self-sufficient stays while keeping daily routines easy.



Outdoor living & shared amenities

Step onto your private patio or balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture and an outdoor dining area, and take in garden views with the waterfront just beyond. A paid crib is available for those traveling with little ones, and long term stays allowed - 28 days or more - make the condo well suited for extended visits.



The neighborhood

Nuevo Vallarta is known for its long, accessible beaches and steady coastal climate. Ongoing development in the area means you may encounter daytime construction noise, and as with many tropical settings, small beach insects can occasionally appear. The setting remains centered on easy access to the water and the natural beauty of Banderas Bay.

Guest Access:

Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



Check In is done from the security booth. Before your arrival we will send you the information with your access code to the gate, since it is an electronic gate.



The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm onwards.



The apartment is located on floor no._7_ of tower 3, so guests access it by elevator.

It is one of the most complete vacation spots in the Mexican Pacific. Comprising some 305 kilometers of beautiful coastal areas, Nuevo Vallarta is a destination with a humid-tropical climate with an average temperature of 28°C, ideal to spend a relaxing, quiet and family time, since it has one of the most accessible beaches in Banderas Bay.

There are cab services nearby, as well as uber service through your app.

For your stay to be 5 stars you need to take into account the following information:



Important Note: We perform fumigations before and after each reservation. However, due to the characteristics of the natural environment and the tropical climate of Vallarta, it is possible that some insects may appear during your stay. We offer additional fumigations free of charge during your stay if necessary.



Important note: In this unit, we do not currently offer the oil, salt and pepper products, even though they appear in the description. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.



Important note: We are not responsible for lost or forgotten items in the accommodation.



-IMPORTANT: We would like to remind you that it is vitally important not to dispose of any paper in the toilet, even if it is toilet paper.

As an alternative, we have provided garbage bags so that you can dispose of the paper safely. Please cooperate with us to keep our drainage system in good condition and avoid future mishaps.



-The cleaning fee covers before and after your stay, it does not include any cleaning or laundry service during your stay.



-The rate shown per night, is the base price, which integrates 1 to 2 * guests, from the next guest this will generate a different cost of approximately 10 * dlls extra per person per night.



-The accommodation has a capacity of __2__ same as indicated in the ad, we let you know that the Airbnb platform does not count children and babies within the capacity, note that the condo if, so it is necessary that when booking integrate the exact number of guests in relation to the capacity, counting adults, children and babies.

-It is important to take into account that the area of Nuevo Vallarta due to its constant development is prone to have constructions near the condominiums generating noise during the day.



-Due to the nature of the destination it is common to find small mosquitoes called gnats on the beach that cause bites, we recommend you to use repellent so you do not have any discomfort, their bite is harmless but can cause itching.



-Electricity consumption

Due to the nature of the destination, the electricity consumption that we include, is analyzed by the vacation season in which you make your reservation and the number of rooms in your unit, so you will be sent the total KW that will include your stay when your reservation is confirmed.



Each excess KW will have an additional cost of $5 pesos.

The balance comes from the initial and final meter reading.
