The Space:

Soft ocean air moves through open windows as garden views stretch out beyond your private patio or balcony. Mornings begin with coffee and the distant rhythm of the bay, while afternoons drift easily between beach access and time spent by the pool. Evenings settle in gently, with warm coastal breezes and the ease of a resort setting all around you.



Sleeping arrangements

This entire condo accommodates up to 5 guests with 2 bedrooms, 2 beds, and 2 baths. The living room sofa can be used as an additional sleeping space and is mainly recommended for children - it is a standard sofa and not a sofa bed. Room-darkening shades, cotton linens, air conditioning, and a mosquito net help keep nights comfortable. You’ll also find a safe and clothing storage: closet, making it easy to unpack and settle in. Family-friendly features include a Pack ’n play/Travel crib, high chair, baby bath, changing table, window guards, Children’s books and toys, board games, and babysitter recommendations. A Paid crib is also available.

Step outside to your Private patio or balcony overlooking the Garden view, or enjoy the Private backyard - Fully fenced, an open space on the property usually covered in grass. As part of a waterfront property with Resort access, you can enjoy an Outdoor pool, Shared sauna, and Shared gym in building. The gym includes exercise equipment such as an elliptical, free weights, stationary bike, treadmill, yoga mat, and workout bench. A Movie theater, Ping pong table, and Pool table provide additional ways to unwind. Beach access places you right next to a body of water, making it easy to move between poolside lounging and time along the shore.

This Single level home has no stairs in home, and the building includes an Elevator. You’ll have a Private entrance, Free parking garage on premises, Free street parking, Wifi, Free washer - In unit, and Free dryer - In unit. Self check-in is supported by Building staff, with someone available 24 hours a day to let guests in. Long term stays allowed - allow stay for 28 days or more.

Here are some points to take into account:



1) The apartment has a guest capacity. The maximum capacity of the unit integrates adults, children and babies, since according to the rules of the condominium all count equally. The platform as such does not charge for babies under 2 years old, nor does it count them in the total capacity, so we ask that you personally take this into account to avoid misunderstandings when you arrive at the condominium.



2) It is important to point out that the maximum capacity is _5_ people, being guest number _5_ a minor under 15 years old.



3) The final cost may vary depending on the number of nights, number of guests and date of reservation.



Guest Access:

According to the general condominium regulations, only reservations of a minimum of 5 nights are accepted.

However, for us it is important that you can still find us as an option in the platform filters, even if your interest is for a shorter stay.

In case you would like to complement your booking to reach the 5-night minimum, we will be glad to offer you the best rate in order to comply with the condominium requirements.



Important Note: If you book after 9 p.m. the day before your arrival or the same day of your check-in, the apartment will be available for you from 6 p.m. onwards.



It is very important that you provide us with the names of all guests and their estimated time of arrival at least 24 hours prior to their arrival. Otherwise, the condominium may restrict access, and unfortunately Del Mar cannot be held responsible for such a situation.



-Please note that once you have initiated your reservation, according to the condominium regulations, no modifications to the access letters will be allowed. Therefore, we ask you to consider all guests from the beginning.



-Check In is done from the lobby of the condominium.

Before your arrival we will send you your letter of access, rules and necessary information for your stay.



-Check In: 3:00 p.m.

The Staff will be able to receive you from 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (if you need to check in after this time please contact your host).



-Check-out: 11:00 a.m. Remember to turn off the AC before your departure and notify your host.



Check-in time for reservations made on the day of arrival will be from 6:00 pm.



-The easiest access is by car; parking is free and you can park in the assigned space that corresponds to your apartment.



-Parking is under availability in general space, there are no numbered spaces for the apartments, only 1 space will be assigned per accommodation.



-The apartment is located on floor no._5_ of phase no._1_, so guests access it by elevator.
