Beware property owner/management co will tell you they’re giving you one unit and they’ll give you another unit that is not in the same condition as advertised, example: the air conditioning in one room did not work, the ceiling looked like it had blood stains!!!, beds were old and hard, old towels no toilet paper! shower handle was broken, old television had cable TV with a blocked account? refrigerator was filthy, sliding door did not work properly, my kid jammed his fingers trying to open/close the slider, overall poor experience would not recommend this place to anyone, other units in the same building rent for half what we were charged.... Property manager was in contact at every request, however he was unable to do anything only response was “It was out of his hands, sorry?“ the pool was nice the private beach was cleaned every day, location is good close to water sports activities, & restaurants. I will come back again to this property, just not to this management company/property owner “stay away”
