Had a great time but room is not as pictured.
We had a good time and my review has LITTLE to do with the Owner as I am not sure he could do anything to help us with our stay any more than he did...however...we were put in a room style, size and amenity features MUCH different than were pictured in the booking. The Owner Greg reached out to the resort once I contacted him about our room and there were no other rooms available that were pictured and described in the VRBO. Our kids had to sleep on two couches and we were in an open room all together (no privacy). Room service kept removing the kids "bedding" each day so we had to keep requesting blankets and sheets. Room service was either too busy to answer the phone and 2 times our dinner didn't even show up! We felt that we wasted hours in each day waiting for either, food, a shuttle or in the lobby to speak with anyone. The resort is clearly understaffed which took away from the experience I have always read about. The time-share staff was extremely pushy as we just wanted to enjoy the resort without hassle. I will say that they resort is very well-maintained and the staff that was there was very nice - The Check out line was over an hour long and between that and the shuttle wait times just to get to a taxi, we almost missed our flight home. I'm not sure I would return based on the service alone.
