Lovely room with Balcony
This hotel was very clean, the staff were all very friendly and extremely helpful. I left my phone charger in my room and they brought it to my new hotel which wasnt too far away. The shower leaked quite a lot across the bathroom floor apart from that I was well taken care of!

Perfect Family Getaway in Nusa Dua
We were stranded in Bali due to the volcanic activity and the La Berceuse staff took really good care of us.
The boutique resort is brand new and it offers great privacy. The villas are surrounded by luscious gardens with a resident gecko visiting the restaurant regularly at dinner time. Each morning we woke up to the calls of native birds. The food was delicious and the menu was well structured, offering a choice of both Western and Indonesian cuisine. Shuttle services were also flexible throughout each day.
Both the staff and management excelled in customer service, which made us feel at home. We also enjoyed our daily body treatments, on-site at Batubelah spa.
Thanks a lot and we hope to see you again.

In accordance with local regulations, all visitors must remain within the property during Seclusion Day (Nyepi)/Hindu New Year for a 24-hour period (starting at 6 AM). Seclusion Day typically falls in March or April (dates subject to change each year). Check-in and check-out will not be possible on that date. Ngurah Rai Airport (Bali International Airport) is also closed on Seclusion Day.
