The staff here are absolutely fantastic, they always went out of their way to make our stay more comfortable and memorable. All of the staff greet you with such warmth and kindness no matter how busy they are/ seem. This was a real standout for our holiday. The facilities were great, the breakfast is 2nd to none and was absolutely delicious, the 4 restaurants were also fantastic for dinner as well, so there is no need to leave if you didn't want to, but I keep coming back to the staff as the reason for making this holiday the best holiday we have ever had.

Short of expectations

We’ve rated our stay lower than most because we had just come from an outstanding adults-only resort where service was personal, calm, and genuinely caring — every guest was known by name. In comparison, this property felt chaotic and impersonal. This was like a gated retreat where upon arriving here felt like we lost our sense of freedom and peace. The coffee was disappointing, and several advertised amenities weren’t available during our stay. We also requested a transfer to the supermarket but were forgotten and ended up booking our own Grab. On a positive note, the spa staff and room stylist team were excellent — they were professional, kind, and attentive, and truly lifted the experience. Overall, if it’s your first time in Bali, this place might impress. But for returning travellers or those accustomed to a more polished, service-led experience, and culture it may fall short of expectations

The staff were excellent. Specifically, Desu, Satya and Chaya, fantastic warm smiles and very attentive to all our needs. They have made our trip worth returning to the venue. The administration process and billing proceedure need a slow handed approach when explaining to the guests how charging to your room works.

Hotel and rooms were lovely. Drinks were on expensive side. Restaurants good, although steak restaurant is an expensive night Asian restaurant was great. Spa also very pricey and also thought too many requests for feedback, becomes a little irritating. Check your bill thoroughly. Be sure what you have already paid. We were charged for our steak restaurant night twice but I had evidence of payment.

We had a great stay at Renaissance Nusa Dua from the comfortable room to the tasty breakfast and especially the friendly welcoming staff, we could not fault them. Special mention to to Desu at Atomic17 and Prima at breakfast who both went above and beyond to make us feel special. We also loved going to the beach club by hotel shuttle and relaxing for a few hours. This hotel really provides for its guests and hope to return.

Lovely hotel, big and spacious. Excellent breakfast, great gym, walking distance to town (or you can ask the staff to take you in a golf buggy). Free shuttle to the beach with great beach beds. Much better that the noisy Courtyard in my opinion.
