Nice hotel if you really like the mass resort vibes. I didn’t love it. The breakfast buffet had huge variety but nothing tasted amazing. The rooms were very spacious and luxe. Probably more of a family style resort than anything. Nusa Dua is one hotel after the other. So not a lot of good food options unless you’re willing to spend a lot for overpriced hotel food

An absolutely amazing place!

It was a couple’s trip and it was fantastic! The hotel is beautiful, with a majestic lobby that faces the ocean. The staff are proactive and warm. Everyone we saw greeted us with smiles and they tried their best to greet us by our names. They even gave me a surprise on my birthday, when I was having breakfast! It’s simply a beautiful place to recharge!

While I was not pleased with some check-in confusion, I was very pleased with the service and mostly impressed with the kindness of the staff. I also appreciated the managers responses and attention to our initial concerns. I would definitely be returning to Bali and staying here. Thank you!

Pros: Beautiful!! Beach is lovely. Staff is so nice. Yoga on beachfront amazing. Gym nice. Pool great. Breakfast amazing. Cons: My room towels were dingy white and frayed. The night table was falling apart and washroom cabinets need replacement. Shouldn’t really be happening at a Ritz. Didn’t get room until 5pm, so manager comped out lunch. Need more food options.

Amazing hotel with beautiful surroundings and lovely staff who were all very kind and always ready to assist. The room was very spacious,comfortable and beautifully designed. Breakfast was so delicious and there was always a tasty option of local cuisine which was great.
