As with most places in Bali, I find the staff is always the outstanding highlight and the Mulia is no exception. Our room was impeccably clean as well. The gym was very well appointed with way more equipment than most hotel gyms, I would have loved more sanitizing in there though. No option to clean our equipment before or after using it. The buffets are massive and the dining rooms are super noisy but there's no shortage of food.

Swim out room is not worth it - there are no suntanning beds or sun with lagoon access rooms so don’t waste your money - you will end up going to use the main pools anyway

Stunning resort and facilities.. choice of pools and quiet areas.. Large hotel and as result felt it lost any charm or personal touch. Breakfast was example of this.. We were added to table with others no choices due to being too busy, loud chaotic prefer table service..internal places to dine good but very expensive and seem to cater for high volume.. great place if you like busy large resort and are impressed by visual architecture features..

Myself and my wife were celebrating our 36th wedding anniversary and the Mulia is a Fantastic venue thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mulia. Staff are fantastic and very accommodating. Highly recommend the Mulia.
