Staff are excellent. Parking is very pricey. Not free bottled water but water refill is available at the lobby. What one expects to be free are not such as bottled water and parking.

We loved the view from our room! We arrived at 3:45 and didn't like that our king bed wasn't going to be ready by 4pm check-in time, so we had to take 2 double beds for a marina view. My bed sagged in the middle, the safe didn't work, there were no blackout drapes on the window, and we didn't expect to pay $40/day to park. Otherwise it was good.

A beautiful location that needs a facelift

Overall the property is a bit run down. There were buckets in the halls for leaking water. The door to my balcony was rickety and slightly ajar when I arrived. Heater was extremely loud. Also loud were my neighbors who I could hear through the wall all night. The gym was small but had nice machines. Pool was small. My room was an ok size but the bathroom is in desperate need of a revamp. Bed is comfortable. Stayed on the “hills view” side which really means you see the parking lot.
