The lady in the front was being so rude I checked out late she said she’s gonna block me from booking in the future I always book here when I’m visiting the Bay Area checking out late I told her to charge me the late check out and she threatened to call the police because I came out late from the room horrible horrible service get rid of her please

Over priced old property

Paid extra for a room with a view. Half was of the bay and the other half was of a taller building next door. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly or helpful. I asked for an emailed receipt which I still haven’t gotten and now I have $180 of charges on my credit card for only one night with parking. The property is not very accessible if you have someone with you with mobility issues. Even the lift to get around stairs doesn’t work. There is also some safety issues with the bathroom as the floor and tub are very slippery if wet and they don’t give you enough towels to make sure the area is safe for any mobility issues a guest may have. At one point I called down to the front desk and the young woman was irritated by my questions. Won’t stay here again

I did not see where it said parking was not included I thought it was odd to have paid over 300 dollars for a night still having to pay 30 for parking that was ridiculous.
