3 times during a month I stayed there but heather didn’t work. Was very cold and gave me a very small heather what it use some employees for under their desk.it couldn’t warm the big room. When asked them they said so sorry! We paid completely and at least give discount. They wanted gave us blanket oh my god we are in hotel and don’t come here to sitting and take a blanket.hopefully we understand what the meaning of hotel and be responsible for our clients who pay all and need comfortable and relaxing.

Excellent overall for their economic pricing

Trains run right in front of the hotel, and since their track is on the road, they honk whenever they pass by to alert people on the road. I was woken up five times a night, but I was so tired that I fell back to sleep five times. This isn't the hotel's fault but it's worth noting. Ear muffs are recommended. However, with their pricing for a private room plus restroom in SF, I would come again.

Well, first he started off with the first receptionist, not being very helpful and asking about Wi-Fi, but we could look past that it wasn’t until we got up to our room, which not only was the elevator horrifying going up and coming down, but the hallways stunk. They were very scary looking you can see gaps from the doors underneath. Then once we got into our room, if you didn’t shut the door, the door stood open. Inside the room was dirty. It smelled. They had a piece of wood at the top of the window to keep it closed, which was not secure at all and I have a four-year-old who is autistic and I did not need her opening the windows and God forbid anything else happening. Not only that the TV’s color was weird so we just didn’t watch it. The bed wasn’t comfy. The pillows weren’t comfy. Nothing was really clean. Then once we got into the bathroom, there was no soap for us to wash our hands with, however, there was soap in the shower, which I guess also qualified as The hand soap, but not only that there was a noise of leaking and it was the shower I tried turning it off, but it kept leaking so I don’t know how long the shower was leaking, but that whole bottom of the shower was all wet then in the morning when we took a shower, there was no hot water. It was freezing cold at five in the morningnot only that since the shower sucked we had to use the sink in order to bathe ourselves then when we explain this to the front desk in the morning upon checkout, the receptionist was ext

I didn't like anything about this hotel. We did not check in because they did not have any heaters in the rooms. They offer an extra blanket and maybe a portable heater. This did not sit well with me, so, therefore, cancel my reservation. Thank you, Charmayne Hollins 209-470-4768

There’s a reason it’s low priced.

TV very limited channels and difficult remote to use with no instructions provided. No towel replacement over a 4 night stay. Shower hot water not functional (room temp at best). Common areas quite shabby, room dated but in decent condition. Minimalist continental breakfast. Regular train crossing and train horn noise (24-7) so not for light to moderate sleepers. Decent food and drink options nearby.
