Wonderful hotel in a great location. Staff we spoke to were so lovely and friendly. We stayed in one of the rooms that is separate to the main property, and it was very well equipped and spacious. So clean and very peaceful. Would definitely stay again.

Greta location comfortable stay.

Good location. We stayed in the villa, large space. Parking is onsite. Great local pub across the street. Walking distance to everything. Must eat at the “Green Shack”! Breakfast was not good.

Modest accommodations in a lovely town populated with friendly folk. Located just up the street from the train station and within easy walking distance of a number of restaurants, pubs, and the Oban distillery to maximize your local experience. The room was relatively small but cozy. There is no lift but a staff member offered to tote my heavy bag up the stairs. The doors lock at certain hours so be certain you have your key and card with the passcode with you at all times.

Overall, a very well managed hotel. The inn keeper was extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Location is great along the main road. Parking behind the hotel was very convenient and there were plenty of spots when we traveled. Bed was very comfortable. Everything was very clean. In the bathroom, the sink was about the size as you would expect on a boat, very skinny and difficult to keep water from splashing everywhere. The shower was very nice, but similar to other places in Scotland there are no shelves to put toiletries on in the shower. The breakfast buffet was very tasty, ample, and fresh. We did not find a better place for breakfast in Oban. Note that if your room is on the street side, the street noise can be a bit much.

Close enough to everything in Obin

Great location for the Town & restaurants. It was also great that they had available parking in the back of the Hotel. Nice Employees upon check in. Clean comfortable rooms and a great common area downstairs.

Located on a busy street, so noisy. There is no elevator, even though the hotel is of modern construction! Have to haul your bags up to the 2nd or 3rd floor. so NOT advisable for older folks. Front desk is only manned till 9PM. After that, there is no one to help you with any problem you may have - just numbers to call. Too minimalist for the price and for me to recommend to anyone.

Friendly check in. Very clean room and comfortable bed. I think it's just been refurbished Good buffet breakfast in the morning, excellent cup of coffee. Big bonus is the car park, a lot of places in Oban don't have this I'll definitely book into here next time. towntown

Room Size

The room is very, very small. Just enough room to walk around the bed. The bathroom is small. The entrance to, and the size of the shower...very small. The room was neat, clean and updated, just tiny.

There is a bar on the property that was loud on the last night of my stay. There is only a small parking lot in the back . That allows for about eleven vehicles And it is gravel so hard to wheel your luggage. Also there is no elevator and narrow stairs, made it hard to get my luggage up to the room.

Great location, right downtown. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very small as can be expected but the bed is very comfortable. We slept well. Breakfast was good, typical Scottish breakfast and at a good price of £14.95/person. The bathroom and shower were small but the shower had great water pressure. We enjoyed our stay.
