The condo includes a full kitchen, washer/dryer, microwave, 2 TVs with a premium cable package, 1 DVD player (regular and Blu-ray), free Wi-Fi, central air conditioning, and parking for one vehicle. The owner provides a starter supply of paper and soap products. The building requires a non-refundable registration fee upon arrival. One additional parking space may be available for approximately $55. This is a non-smoking unit, and pets are not allowed. Mini-week rentals offered throughout the summer. Occupancy is 6. Please note: Sheets, towels, paper products (beyond starter pack), and cleaning supplies are not provided. A linen package including sheets and towels is available for an additional fee.
