Bayside Breeze: Welcome to our property! This cozy and modern vacation rental is situated on the bay side and offers a peaceful break from the excitement of downtown. The property features 2 comfortable bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, making it the perfect size for up to 6 guests. The primary bedroom is furnished with a king-size bed, and the second bedroom is furnished with a cozy queen bed. There s also a sofa bed in the living room, providing ample sleeping space for the whole family!

The living area is spacious and features a comfortable sofa and flat-screen TV. The dining area is adjacent to the living room and features a table, chairs, and barstools for six guests to enjoy a meal together. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a delicious home-cooked meal, including modern appliances, cookware, and utensils.

Step outside to the private balcony for a break in the action and relax to your heart s content!

Guests of the property have access to an array of amenities, including free parking, complimentary Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer for their convenience. The location is also ideal, as it s just a short drive to the beach and nearby attractions such as amusement parks, shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk!

Guests have full access to the condo, via keypad on the door.

Linens ARE included in this listing (fresh sheets, pillow cases, bedcovers, blankets, towels). Towel set is provided for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.

Important Notes
* No groups under 24 years old
* Maximum occupancy of 6
* Check-out time is 10am, please be sure to depart promptly as we use a professional cleaning company that requires access after 10am.
* Guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the can on the side of the building.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
* Guests that violate the Town of Ocean City Noise Ordinance or Condo Association rules may face immediate eviction

When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a minimum $35 fee.

Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.

If you're concerned about needing to cancel, we strongly recommend purchasing RentalGuardian's travel insurance at check out!

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking & Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise & Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.
