The price does not match the quality one bit. We were immediately “upgraded” upon arrival which placed out room literally right outside the elevators. We could hear people coming and going all night and morning. The ice machines were all out of service and some of the floors that advertised them didn’t even have them. Our room was not vacuumed as there were spiny rocks in our carpet we had to pick out. There was no soap in our bathroom, and the conditioners pump was broken. It is an expensive property for being a below average stay. Wouldn’t recommend.

The place is safe and quiet, but the parking is not free. It is paid parking, which was not mentioned during the booking.

The parking was okay. The rooms do not have microwaves; you have to rent one for a fee per day. The convenience is not that good, with amenities like 3 floors to get Ice, and it's a 16-story building.

Very disappointing!! Resort is questionable.

We had one of the premium rooms. Top floor and closest to the ocean. Room was ok, the decor and set up had room for improvement. The bed was very uncomfortable. I’ve had better mattresses at much cheaper places, Holiday Inn Express, Hampton Inn etc. The bathroom was nice except for the shower stall. Had a rainfall shower head but the water pressure was less than desirable. It was a converted tub into a stall and there was on half a glass panel with the remaining stall open so water would splash out. The lighting in the room was very poor. With that being said, the amenities were not very accommodating. The restaurant had very limited hours. The bar was only open until 9pm. In my opinion they were having their guests having to go elsewhere for cocktails etc. Very disappointing. I was looking for a getaway weekend with my wife hoping that we would be able to stay at the so called resort and enjoy dinner and after dinner cocktails not having to leave. I actually thought the old ownership when it was the Clarion did a better job of providing for their guests. There were also 2 convention groups there and in speaking with several of them they couldn’t believe that at 3 or 4 o’clock there was NO place to grab a drink or an appetizer. Again very disappointing.
