Summary:
Beautiful 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom 1st floor condo is a perfect beach getaway. Close to a variety of restaurants and the beach. The primary bedroom has beautiful view of the canal. Sip your coffee or enjoy drinks on the deck in the evening overlooking the wide canal. The other two bedrooms are very spacious. Great location with plenty of activities close by. Rental includes full house linen package and offers 10% discount for weekly rentals. This unit rents to groups over 25 years of age.

This unit does not rent to Senior week groups or any groups under 25 years of age.

Nice spot, very close to beach. Have to cross coastal highway, which can be unfun with kids and lots of stuff. Owner was easily accessible when we had an issue with some dirty clothes left behind from previous guests. Offered me a small refund on the cleaning fee. None of the "queen" beds were actually queens, except the bunk bed, which was slightly frustrating Had some ants in the kitchen, which resulted in some lost foodOverall, it wasn't bad for the price though, and the location was very nice

Very peaceful location with everything you could need. Clean and safe location and enough space for us six adults and one toddler. Hope to visit again very soon. Thank you.
