Some parking spaces are under the building and have height restrictions. NON-SMOKING unit. Third floor unit with assigned parking under the building. Smoking is not permitted in the unit or on the balcony. Smoking is restricted to the parking lot only. Free WiFi & premium cable channels. Keurig coffee maker included.
