Man I was all prepared to give the a 5+. The front desk was amazing! Kind, accommadating, friendly. The niggt desk after 11p was so helpful, checkout easy and knowledgeable about some charges on my card.BUT the breakfast restaurant gets a 0. I was greeted told to sit anywhere. She brought a menu over and never acknowledged me again despite me waving at her. I sat gor 15 minutes. She took another party who sat after me. They were at the table beside me. I said ok she will come back to me. She never did so I left. I told the front desk of the bad setvice and left the hotel.

The staff were not helpful at all. My husband got very ill from eating a bite of sausage at the View. The breakfast spot. My food was extremely old. The sheets caused a rash for my husband. The office manager at the front desk, brushed off the concerns and food illness as it was nothing. Very nice area, big rooms, but would not choose to stay here again.

Would’ve given this an excellent rating. If I did not have a bad experience with Hotels.com. It was not the fault of the Cambria hotel. Although Hotels.com did make up for it, it was over an hour of inconvenience to get things straightened out. The Cambria offers, clean spacious rooms, great staff, wonderful amenities. Food and bar service are excellent.

One side of the king bed was only 18 inches from the wall requiring you to walk sideway. A small safe was at floor level, requiring you to get on your hands and knees to use it. The refrigerator door opened in the wrong direction and was up against the requiring you to look over top of it and around it to see in it. The thermostat was broken or unusable. All the lights in the building the outside patios stay on all night long. Blackout shade or curtain had to be drawn. Very little light in the room at night unless you turned on the bathroom light, which was quite bright when it shined through the double glass doors.
