I stayed there for 7 nights Terrible dirty rooms a lot a lot of noise and disgusting breakfasts you won’t be able to find anything to eat milk and oj juice out of service at 8 am everything out of stock and they don’t even stock that very limited stuff and the lady hosting the breakfast very rude and stand on peoples back watching them so we start going out for breakfast with my kids , the pool was dirt and too much chemicals I was there when the inspection came to test the pool they want everyone out of pool after testing it…, so bad I never witnessed place like these , don’t waste your money in this place

Convenient to all the fun of OC without the headache of the coastal highway. Breakfast included was enjoyable, however, staff person there was somewhat concerning. A bit forward with guests at times-observed many times. Also one day she was closing up at 9:30. Said no more eggs, no more milk etc. Hospitality could use improvement.

Breakfast was horrible. Handicap parking was further away from the door than the regular parking. The pool kinda felt slimy when getting in it. The hotel was very busy and loud. People were trying to bring dogs into the breakfast area while breakfat was going on, staff did tell them the were allowed.

Myself and my family stayed for at this hotel twice. The first year was much better than this year. It was an object sticking out of the bed that injured my foot. The staff was mad aware and it was fixed. The phone didn't on our room and there were multiple stains on the wall. The iron was broken along with the iron board. Overall the room.could have been much cleaner.

Quick comfortable getaway

My family took a short weekend getaway to O.C. MD. We had a good time and a very comfortable stay. The hotel was pet friendly so I was able to bring my fur baby and not have the anxiety of boarding him. The hotel was neat and clean, so were the rooms. The staff was accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, the experience was miserable. The lobby was filled with loud, unruly guests and a strong smell of marijuana. When we mentioned the noise and behavior to staff, we were told they “can’t control the guests.” Dogs were barking at all hours of the night, making it nearly impossible to sleep. Our room was even worse. We walked in to find random hairs in the bathtub and a large crack running across the ceiling. Despite calling housekeeping to clean the tub, the hairs were still there afterward. Even more disturbing—there was a red stain on the toilet paper roll, and the bathroom trash can had visible mold inside. The room itself smelled musty and unclean. The walls are paper thin, and to make things worse, the arcade noise continues all night long. We had to blast the AC just to try and drown it out. The blankets were full of holes, and nothing felt fresh or sanitary. We left a night early as we could not take it anymore. This place is beyond disappointing. Save your money, your sleep, and your sanity—book somewhere else.

When we arrived at your hotel, the staff was very pleasant and welcoming. However, we did notice a few issues with the room. The table near the TV had visible fingerprints and appeared unclean. The sink area outside the bathroom had food remnants along the countertop. Additionally, the shower curtain wouldn’t stay in place and kept sliding back, which caused water to spill onto the floor. I’m not sure if the bed frame was damaged, but the center of the mattress sank noticeably, causing my husband and me to sleep along the edges for support. Lastly

Very friendly and helpful staff, loved the big pool but was a little disappointed in the game room. Most of the machines were out of order, this was one of the reasons I booked this hotel so the kids could play in the arcade. the location is great close enough to the boardwalk ,and was surrounded by a ton of things to do, go kart track, movie theater and outlets are right across the street

It was a nice property. A few minor broken items in the room. Biggest problem, wifi was terrible. Kept disconnecting, made it impossible for my son to play games. The woman who ran the breakfast worked hard but needed help. All in all, nice stay.

My stay

The hotel is decent . The breakfast isn’t great so if thats one of the reasons you’re looking to stay please don’t it’s terrible 😞. The pool is excellent. As far as service goes I don’t require a lot but fresh towels but it was always a long wait to get them even when there were carts in the hallway. My room didn’t seem like it was mopped or dusted.
