Housekeeping could be better. We asked for room service and they didn’t replace all the towels (which btw were on the tiny size-bath towels) or sweep up. Pool towels were scarce. On another note the beach chairs are an awesome perk. Breakfast was also pretty good. The breakfast attendant was absolutely adorable! Quiet area with plenty of parking. Decent value for the money.

Overall it was a good stay. There were several times we needed towels and none were available. Also our room floors were filthy. Like they haven't been scrubbed in a while. Other that that, the stay was pleasant.

We had a great 3 days with our 5 month old Great Dane. The staff was very nice and helped us even when our puppy had some accidents in the room. We still had a great stay and spent some good time at the beach.

The bathroom is old and outdated. Without a walk in shower you definitely need some kind of handle inside the shower/tub to prevent people from slipping. Older people have no access to a shower during their stay. Lobby floor was constantly wet and slippery from the pool. And the breakfast room is uninviting and has a limited selection.

Nice hotel, but very busy during season. Hotel could use some maintenance, such as cracks in ceiling and entrance outside area updated. Outside breakfast area needed to be pressure washed. Some staff were robotic with all the guests, just to get through the line, and others very helpful. Overall I'd give it a 4 out of 5.
