Located just 1 block to the ocean, guests are steps from OC's guarded beaches and can easily take a stroll down the famous three-mile boardwalk (rated one of the best in America). From arcades to amusement parks, from golf courses to marinas, from refreshing salt-water breezes to fresh salt-water taffy, from beach to boardwalk, Beach Daze is sure to house an unforgettable experience.

This non-smoking, three level beach home features 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, full kitchen, free high speed wireless internet, a fenced in back yard, 5 car garage and much more.

On the first floor of Beach Daze, you will enter the coastal foyer which features a full bath, laundry room equipped with a washer and dryer as well an additional refrigerator, and garage accessibility. Kids and adults alike will enjoy the fenced in back yard. The back yard has a gas grille as well as a corn hole set that renters can use.

On the second floor, one will relax on the large deck that accents the family room. The family room is detailed with new engineered hardwood floors, cathedral shiplap ceilings, wood beams, a large flat screen T.V and a pool table that all ages will enjoy. The fully equipped kitchen on this level features custom cabinets, granite countertops, shiplap backsplash & updated appliances. A luxurious bedroom suite with 2 queen beds is found on this 2nd level along with 3 additional bedrooms. Bedroom 2 has one full over full bunk bed set. Bedroom 3 has 2 twin beds and Bedroom 4 has a king bed. Two bright and airy, full bathrooms are found on this level as well.

The top floor contains an additional bedroom (bedroom 5) that is adorned with nautical decor. A queen bed and twin bed make up this room. A private balcony is accessed from this top floor providing views of downtown OC.

Wonderful stay - Great location and property

Our group of adults were in town for a concert and loved this house. It was a very short walk to the boardwalk entrance to the concert. The kitchen was adequately supplied for our cooking needs. The large sofas and pool table made a great space for congregating. We would love to stay here again.

Such a great house to stay in!

Just went with my friends and family for my bachelorette weekend. The location and house was just perfect! Love the easy access to the beach and boardwalk. The house was so cute and spacious. Perfect amount of rooms and beds for the group. Very clean and well kept and updated. Communication with the host was great! She responded right away with any question I had. I was sent all the information for check in and it couldn’t have been easier. Thanks again so much and I would definitely stay there again.

Great Place for vacation!

Barbara, the property owner was always prompt on responding to any communications I had with her during our stay and very nice on answering all my queries. The property is just 4~5 mins walk from the beach side boardwalk. It's a spacious house and great for a vacation with friends and family.

Great house in a lively location!

Great location -- a 5-minute walk to the boardwalk/beach and plenty of access to restaurants and shops. Area felt safe and well-lit. Ample parking was helpful for our group of 10 and we really appreciated having garages. The house itself had some nice features -- a pool table, fenced in back yard area, grill, and deck space. Our group definitely had enough space to move around and be as together/separate as we want. I would certainly book here again.

Great beach rental

This is a great beach rental in a great location. Rooms were clean and spacious. The three garages can fit up to five cars; we managed to fit a Buick Enclave and a Toyota Highlander in one of the double bays. There's even enough space out front to park one or two cars as well. Barbara was quick to respond when we needed her help. The linen package came as described: comfortable sheets on every bed (I highly recommend). The keyless check in and entry was nice; we had many adults so no need to share keys. Just have to memorize the passcode! Overall a great experience!

Barbara was very friendly, communicative, and helpful with local suggestions There were 8 of us and plenty of room for all and then some. We do wish the pool sticks were not as loved as they were. We are avid billiards players and were looking forward to many a late night competitions - but instead we shot for fun. The location is fantastic- such a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. We had three cars with us and still spare room in the garages and out front to park. We enjoyed our stay. Thank you, Barbara!

Access to Everything... wonderful place to stay!!

My family and I loved staying here! We had access to everything, the location was easy to find, great parking, clean, easy to check in, very accessible, and accommodated all 8 of us perfectly!! The pool table was great entertainment for staying in and everything was close by for going out! There was plenty of space so we could also spend time away from each other for piece of mind! If you're looking to be in the center of Ocean City while not dealing with a great deal of noise and people, this is your spot!!

Beautiful & close to the boardwalk!

I booked this home for my 32nd birthday for my family friends and myself. It was a total of 12 of us and there was plenty of space. The home was exactly as shown with some extra spaces that made it even better ... It was beautiful, clean, and a great size. Barbara the owner was welcoming and made sure she was available for anything i needed and that says a lot which i really appreciated. I will def be booking this home again and you should too!!!
