The huge Dining Area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the Breakfast Bar, and the wonderful open floor plan allows you to mingle with your family as you cook up the fresh catch of the day! Don't feel like cooking? Mariner's Watch overlooks Bahia Marina and the ever-popular Fish Tale's Restaurant - one of our personal favorites! Whether you've enjoyed a day of fun in the sun at the Beach or in the refreshing Outdoor Pool, you'll appreciate sinking into the high-quality, comfortable Living Room furniture and catching up with the Free WiFi and Flat Screen Satellite TV. The Living Room Sofa is also a Queen Sleeper. Enjoy a roaring fire in the Off-Season - one of our favorite times in Ocean City. The Views are incredible even from the sofa! Bahia Marina is home to many Fishing Charters, Boat Rentals, and of course, Fish Tales.  Relax on the huge furnished balcony and watch the sun sink into the Bay while sipping a glass of wine. Or wander down for a closer look at the fishermen's bounty as the boats come in at day's end - maybe even take a Sunset Cruise, also offered at Bahia Marina!

Mariner's Watch features 3 large, beautifully furnished bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has 2 Twins and is decorated with tropical corals and greens. Just across the hall, Bedroom 2, also decorated with a tropical flair, has a Queen Bed and huge closet.  These bedrooms share a huge Full Bathroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Double Sinks, and Custom Tilework. There is also a lovely and convenient Half Bath adjacent to the Living Area. And as much as we all hate doing laundry, you'll more than appreciate the enormous Laundry Room with High End Washer and Dryer, Laundry Sink and Work Area that will make your vacation even easier.  

The gorgeous Master Bedroom is located on the Bayside of this home, with its own sliders to the huge Bay View Balcony. Can you imagine slipping out there with your morning coffee and breathing in the salty, sweet air? This bright and sunny room features a King Bed and Sitting Area, Flat Screen TV, gorgeous Coastal furniture, and a massive Master Bathroom.  The Master Bath boasts Granite Countertops with Double Sinks, Custom Tilework, large Custom Shower, and a relaxing Soaking tub that will leave you feeling like you're at a Spa. 

We cannot say enough for the convenient location of Mariner's Watch. The Ocean is just a hop, skip, and jump away across Ocean Highway and the cross walk is right at the bottom of the stairs.  Stroll to the Beach, Bay, or to dinner and shopping and leave your cars parked safely in the under-building parking garage. And being on the first floor, there will be no long waits for the elevator!
