This townhouse features a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and dishwasher and central air. Bedroom one is on the main level. There is one master bedroom and one master suite. The first master bedroom is ocean front on the third level. The children's room is also on the third level (above the living or main level), and the master suite is on the fourth floor with a private bath. There is parking for two cars, one car in a private carport, and the second parking space in lot. Building offers outdoor pool. Direct access to the beach with steps leading from deck down to beach. Close to night life, dining, amusements, shopping and the visitor's center. Beautifully decorated. Sleeps 10. NO GROUPS, NO SMOKING, NO PETS! SATURDAY TO SATURDAY RENTALS ONLY!

Beautiful

We have stayed in many of the Ocean Colony condos. Wonderful location and always a great time. Unit 11 was one of the cleanest and comfortable. The agent for the property was super nice and responded to all my questions and concerns. The only downfall was the key pick up and drop location. It was quite a bit out of our way and added almost an hour to our 8 1/2 hour trip. It probably wouldn’t have been that long without traffic.
