Love the location of this hotel, right on the Ocean City boardwalk. The rooms are great, balconies are private, and I love the little towel animals that housekeeping leaves you every day 🙂. The staff is extremely helpful. We arrived a little early and they allowed us to go ahead and check in which is a big plus for me.

The restricted parking due to Bike Week eliminated 2 of only 5 handicap places. I like the treatment the bikers were given but a little forethought could have provided them more space without inconvenience to those who need the handicap spaces. Pay better attention for future events that alter parking .

Well, when we checked in, I was told that I owed $ 37.00 for using your site. Which I had to pay. Which I will no longer be using your site. Plus, there was to be a heated pool which both were the same temp. cool. Some of the people did not speak English that were at the desk, which is hard to get around. There was to be dining at the Hotel. The one place was only open on the weekends and coconuts only served drinks. So, it did not go well.

The property was in a nice location with great access to the boardwalk and the beach. The theme , colors and hotel decoration was colorful and lively. The pools weren't heated as we were told. Our room location was TERRIBLE. It was our anniversary and we had a room with sliding doors directly into the bar/restaurant. Even though we were ocean front we had to keep our blackout curtains closed at all times. It was very CREEPY! So we paid for ocean front and didn't get oceanfront. It was BAR Front. There was no privacy because people look into your room. People were talking loudly throughout the night up until 12 midnight so I couldn't sleep.

Me and my husband stayed here after I researched and saw it was one of the best and has a high rating. From check in to check out we were treated with respect and value. The rooms were super clean and the hotel was spotless . It was right on the boardwalk surrounded by stores. The two free chairs for the beach was an added perk for staying at the hotel. We had the best view . Will be coming back again

Didn't like that room was above the outdoor bar and an entry overhang that was home to several seagulls 24 hrs a day, making loud noises and pooping on the property. Very loud for the price. Charges for parking when paying to stay at property. Didn't find the staff to be very friendly. Not rude, but not much interaction when approached. Restaurant was closed during our stay.
