The view was nice and the room was clean however the bed was rock hard and very uncomfortable. Rented a room with a sitting area and couldn't even use the couch as it was so old you immediately get swallowed by it the moment you sit down. Both elevators were broken so 3 floors of stairs with heavy suitcases made it difficult.

Upon arriving they down graded our originally planned room due to water damages. Picked this room for our 18th year anniversary and then told elevator did not work and my ADA room on 2nd floor unexpectedly was by stay by taking the stairs which was an extremely difficult as i had a walker and multitude sclerosis and cant puck up my legs up stairs easily. Asked to speak to manager non on duty and took my information but could not compensate me although the going standard if hotel does not have your room or equivalent to your booking they have to put you up and pay. I purchased king bed jacuzzi sweet and all they didn't have any rooms available

It was OK.
The good: the customer service was great. The people that work there really were friendly and helpful. They were quick to answer questions and fulfill needs. The price was cheap/decent. The floor was clean, I didn't feel any sand or dirt on my bare feet. There was breakfast provided. The carts are very durable. The bad: The building is obviously in the middle of a ownership turnover. The WiFi was spotty. The pool/sauna/hot tub were closed without previous notice. The elevator was not in service, with notice. The fireplace didn't work, the heater wouldn't go above 62 degrees. The was no extra blanket or pillow in the room. Everything such as cups, coffee, towels, soaps, ECT... were all very cheap and flimsy. There was a breeze, not a draft, a full breeze coming in under the door. The breakfast room had the same crumb mess under tables from the previous day. Overall, it's decent. The room was clean and the nightly rate is cheap but if you're coming for the amenities, this place really doesn't have much.

It was a pleasant experience, other than a non-working heater and absence of body wash in the shower. We used the fireplace for heat and was ok.
