Most of the staff were quite nice, with one exception of the evening lady. She was short and seemed she’d rather be on her phone than talk to us. Other than that it was clean, and comfortable and we enjoyed our stay.

Staff is wonderful and attentive to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Access to the beach is convenient. Breakfast was nice and hot, could have used other fruits besides apples. Pool, hot tub, and sauna get at nice temps to be enjoyed by everyone.

The room was large and clean. The one staff member seemed to be overwhelmed when checking in. There was an issue with excessive noise from 2 large dogs in a room that she could not handle as there was a back up of 7 or 8 people in the lobby checking in.

The room was perfectly fine. We have stayed here many times and never had an issue. However this time my debit card got charged twice for our room. The manager I spoke with was rude and zero help and pretty much told me I was out of luck that my funds were being held twice and it wasn't their fault.

Staff was really nice. Broken elevator and ice machine. It was very quiet, but the place was almost empty during my stay. Loved the included breakfast and observation deck. Room was clean, stairs needed vaccuming. Loved my 2nd floor ocean view. The tvs have cable but no streaming, so you might want to bring alternate ways to watch video if you want more. They do provide free wifi. I would definitely stay here again.

For the price it's fantastic. There are special touches that elevate the room like including two patio chairs for the balcony and the gas fireplace on a timer. You don't hear your neighbors every word which is nice. The bathroom is aging. The couch was very low and uncomfortable. It may have already seen its best days. The room was spacious and lots of places for seating. We had the no pet with a King size bed with a full view room. The staff were kind and helpful with all our questions.

I'll start with the good. Overall, its worth the price due to proximity to the beach and the breakfast. Breakfast has decent options. The waffles are always a hit. Lots of options for different diets. Room was clean and even though it was a pet friendly room, we didn't smell any pets smells. Freezer and fridge worked great to keep our clams frozen until we left. Cleaning station on site was a huge plus. Rooms with views are great for sunsets. Now for the "needs work"... Beds are not the greatest as far as comfort. Several lights didn't work, and neither did the fireplace. Tub/shower was clogged and would fill up quickly during a shower. One of two sinks were also plugged. Happy to disclose room number to management. We will be back as this has been the best bang for our buck after trying many different hotels in OS.
