The good: the customer service was great. The people that work there really were friendly and helpful. They were quick to answer questions and fulfill needs. The price was cheap/decent. The floor was clean, I didn't feel any sand or dirt on my bare feet. There was breakfast provided. The carts are very durable.
The bad: The building is obviously in the middle of a ownership turnover. The WiFi was spotty. The pool/sauna/hot tub were closed without previous notice. The elevator was not in service, with notice. The fireplace didn't work, the heater wouldn't go above 62 degrees. The was no extra blanket or pillow in the room. Everything such as cups, coffee, towels, soaps, ECT... were all very cheap and flimsy. There was a breeze, not a draft, a full breeze coming in under the door. The breakfast room had the same crumb mess under tables from the previous day.
Overall, it's decent. The room was clean and the nightly rate is cheap but if you're coming for the amenities, this place really doesn't have much.
