We showed up finally found a parking spot way out away from the hotel, go our room andnthwnnwentntongetbsomthing honeybee to the fact there is a massive amount of retail stores around this hotel when we returned we had to park farther away from the hotel than we originally did. The next day which was a Saturday we left the hotel to go and enjoy ourselves when we returned it was impossible to find a spot near the hotel due to the restaurants and retail stores. That evening it was about 80 degrees outside and the air conditioner stoped working in the hotel room. The next morning we checked out spoke to the person at the counter they said they’d give us $50 refund but we had to call and talk to a manager the next day (Monday). We never called them, it wasn’t worth the effort. All in all not very pleased with the hotel or the parking. It was supposed to be a bit more on the upscale side and it was really a horrible experience.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent Stay in Salt Lake City! From check-in to check-out, everything about this hotel was fantastic. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Our room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable — exactly what we needed after a long day of travel. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants, shops, and attractions. Parking was easy, and the amenities were top-notch. We especially appreciated how quiet it was at night, making for a great night’s sleep. We’d definitely stay here again next time we’re in Salt Lake City!

It was great. The only thing in the rooms the bathroom door was a sliding glass door didn't seem private enough couldn't lock it. So you could hear what person was doing. Other than that everything was very good

The hotel was fine, the highlight was the cleanliness. The towels were fine. Soap was fine, bed was comfortable, ac worked well. Only downfall were staff- staff were at some times welcoming and friendly, at other times frazzled and not so courteous. No lotion on site which was weird to me, usually that’s a given at a hotel. If simple, safe, and clean is what you are after- not a bad spot.

I love the location to the stores, restaurants, Theater. The breakfast was rally good as well. The bed on the right side was falling in so I needed to sleep on the other side. A little surprised…

Nice area around hotel. Hotel room had stains on floor, wall and bed cover. Not sure if the vacuumed or swept before we got there. For how nice the area is around the hotel and the hotel itself, room did not reflect. Otherwise stay was fine.

We stayed here on a family trip to Lagoon. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Room was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast in the morning had great options. Our kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was very kind and helpful.

Was told the AC was broken and they were looking at it. No one mentioned it was only on the 3rd floor and we could switch rooms.Until we had 4 overheated kids at 1030 at night and then we could switch after complaining about it. For $250 a night we expected more.
