I have stayed at this LaQuinta several times over the past 20 years. It's just worn out! Stairway carpets are threadbare and dirtty, floor buttons in the elevator are worn off so you can't see the "2", back (west) entrance has weeds all over the place, and there was even an abandoned truck in the parking lot. I won't be coming bck.

The hotel is located directly off the freeway, which makes access convenient, but there's a lot of transient activity. There was an SUV on blocks in the parking lot with the hood up the whole time we were there, homeless folks hanging out in the stairwell, lot's of cars zooming thru the parking lot using it as a shortcut. The hotel itself is poorly maintained: wall paper torn off in the hallways and generally run down conditions in the room.

We arrived at midnight, gentlemen who checked us in was pleasant. When we entered the room we found the TV on the floor and a strong odor of cat urine. If we were not completely exhausted we would have demanded another room.
