Lavinia is a large three-room apartment with a wonderful lake view in the prestigious Residence 'Villa Pascià' in Oggebbio. After a complete renovation, the apartment is in excellent condition and features modern furnishings. The kitchen has an induction hob, dishwasher, microwave and a bar table. The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, a large dining table and a 50" flat screen TV with satellite channels. From the balcony with large dining table and lounge sofa you can enjoy a wonderful view of the lake. The two bedrooms they have double beds (2m long) with separate mattresses and plenty of wardrobe space.The bathroom has an extra large shower and is fitted with a washing machine.The apartment is furnished to a high standard and has free Wi-Fi.The residence offers its guests a beautiful subtropical park and its own lido area with swimming pool (18 x 8 m + children's pool, usually open from June to mid-September), playground, tennis courts and private beach with direct access to the lake The apartment is located on a hill at the top of the complex on the second floor of a building with a lift, however it is not wheelchair accessible due to the stairs from the car park to the building. not available in the structure.
