For shared use: park, large, well-kept garden with lawn and trees, swimming pool (18 x 8 m, seasonal availability: 15.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Children's pool, outdoor shower, tennis, children's playground. In the house: lift. Motor access to 100 m from the house. (65 steps). Parking (limited number of spaces) on the premises, public parking 300 m. Grocery, bar 300 m, bus stop "davanti all'ingresso" 2 m, railway station "verbania pallanza" 18.3 km, shingle beach 100 m. Nearby attractions: Cannero Riviera 6 km, Verbania 9 km. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Verbania. Main road 100 m from the property. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected. The residence consists of several buildings located on the slope and going down to the lake.
