Clean & well maintained w/ eat-in kitchenette, fridge, microwave, Keurig, private sun deck w/ ocean view, 1 parking spot, pull-out couch, television w/ ROKU TV, free WiFi + 2 air conditioners/heat pumps. Very short walk to main beach, restaurants & shops. No pets, no smoking + no children under 12. Common area includes patio tables + chairs. Reasonably quiet guests appreciated. No parties please. Perfect location. Unit was clean and comfortable. Just steps from the beach and downtown. Levitt Theater is a must see. Over 100 years old and a great spot

My husband and I had a delightful experience. We particularly enjoyed long walks on the beach, the blue green ocean waters, and watching the tides of the Ogunquit River come and go. A very slight disappointment was that the blue and white striped umbrellas -- so appealing in the photos in the listing -- were not yet up. A bigger disappointment came on our last evening when I checked the listing again, thinking of a future trip. To my shock and sadness, the nightly rate for in season had jumped from 295 to 495, making it impossible for us to return. The new rate seems awfully high for such a small unit, albeit a very nice one.

A maze ing! Spectacular spot and the views from the balcony...We couldn't decide which way to look even with the 2 days of rain we had. Wild life activity was fun to watch also the tide. Everything was wonderful! We totally enjoyed the condo. It had everything we needed.... perfect for 2 adults.....bed was super comfy. Hosts were very responsive during booking. We also enjoyed Ogunquit and the rest of the wonderful places we visited on the southern Maine coast! Perfect time of year to visit with all the fall colors and decorations. Great food with a view @ Ogunquit Beach Lobster House right across the bridge from the stay. Don't miss out on Buck a Shuck (if you like oysters?) in the lounge from 4-6 daily @ Jonathan's Ogunquit. We had a wonderful stay and only 2 hrs away from home....We hope to return soon! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home!

Room is nicely appointed. Everything you need unless you are cooking for real. There is a hot plate you can use or the microwave. Not there to cook though, just breakfast and coffee in the room which is nice.
