We stayed in a king premium room. The room was recently remodeled. Carpets, walls, countertops, etc all in great shape. Room also had microwave and minifridge. Best part was the cold a/c and the great bed! Would definitely return again!

I took a solo trip and decided to stay inland a bit - not on the water. One thing that was very good about the Milestone was the location to the beach. Footbridge beach was wonderful - only a short walk or a quick 5 minute car ride. Since the beach is mentioned in their ads I was expecting maybe a map in my room with a shuttle bus schedule or something comparable like a golf cart shuttle schedule to the beach which other hotels had. There was no literature in my room not even a channel guide. This hotel boasts about having outdoor space with each room but your 'patio' is basically a shared hallway with the other guests. The pool on the property could use a good cleaning but I did enjoy my dip. It is a bit loud right along route 1. My pool towel from the office looked like an old rag to be perfectly honest. It was very thin and had yellow stains on it. Buy some new towels. Some good towels would be a nice upgrade. Parking was adequate. Expect some loud music until about 10:30p from adjacent restaurants to property. Not a big deal but a warning if you are sensitive to peace and quiet. My King bed was a bit soft, linens were older but somewhat comfortable - not crisp. The a/c worked well and my shower was decent. This hotel did not stand out for me. I heard there was a line at breakfast as well which consisted of juice, boxed cereal and generic bagels. I think with a few quality upgrades this place could be great.

This is a great option for staying in Ogunquit and is priced right. It’s a mile walk to town which is fine if you like walking and there is a trolley stop in front of hotel. The staff is very polite and helpful. This year it seems they invested in new pool furniture and the pool is relaxing with some shade.

Nice stay

Very comfortable stay for our family for a one night stopover. The breakfast was just cold items including cereal, bagels, and muffins. Easy and quick drive into town.
