The hotel was pleasant enough but the sea view was interrupted by a noisy road. The room was spacious but cleaning was strange. No making of beds. The restaurants were too busy and dirty tables around you (tables not cleared) at breakfast but also at dinner despite the restaurant being quiet. The tipanyaki restaurant was good food but felt very rushed. 7 courses in less than an hour and forced to have desert in the bar. Disappointing for the price. Would not recommend or return.

Our stay here was amazing, we wish we had booked this hotel for longer! The rooms were super spacious with a beautiful ocean view. The pool was clean with the most beautiful sunset views / music. The rooms even come with a kitchen complete with fridge microwave and stove to do your own cooking & a laundry machine to do your own laundry. The hotel truley gives 5 star class, would 100% stay here again.

Hiyori Ocean Resort Okinawa is a 5-star premier oceanfront resort. It is a beautiful, modern, state-of-the art resort. Gorgeous sunsets accompanied by instrumental music performances before sunset, gourmet dining on the property, and professional and very friendly staff made my stay there a very enjoyable and memorable experience. Hands-down, the best property I have ever stayed in. The staff was unbelievably amazing. Everyone was so kind. The facilities were so clean. The location was perfect and everything from start to finish was a dream in this hotel. I am not paid for my remarks or anything, but this hotel set the standard for anywhere else that I plan to stay for the rest of my life. It was a once in a lifetime experience to be able to stay here. It was extremely affordable and I just couldn’t believe how perfect of a time that my family and I had. We received fresh robes every night, pajamas every night, slippers every night and so many amenities that aren’t even listed in the description. If you’re looking for a relaxing vacation, peaceful and near the beach this is a place to go. We enjoy the private dinner downstairs and the chef was a 10 out of 10. I would love to visit here again one day I wouldn’t stay anywhere else if I go back to Okinawa. The staff member, Skye was awesome and everyone spoke enough English that made it easy to communicate. A few tips: def go with the breakfast option when booking and apply for an international drivers license before your trip so you can rent a car and save $ on taxi fees

Overall, love this property. I have stayed here several times before. However, the check-in process during this stay was not up to the usual standard as previous occasions. While other guest received welcome drinks and a more personable experience; my experience was not the same. Hopefully, the standard is consistently upheld in the future. I would still recommend this property for a stay while in Okinawa.

This is by far the best hotel I've ever stayed at, especially at this price point. The hotel was extremely clean. The view was impeccable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The amenities provided everything you needed. What I valued the most were the little details. This resort thought of everything to make a guest's stay more enjoyable. From a bidet with a seat warmer and auto flush, shower room with a water heater temp control, spa toiletries, large bottles of water, ice cream, snacks, access to popular apps on TV, Bluetooth speaker, and much more. I highly recommend this resort.

Read this entire review if you want to get the full information about this hotel. I’ve stayed at almost all 3-5 star hotels in Onna over the years and this is the best. This hotel is located in a location that allows for both privacy and access. If you plan on driving, there is the option to reserve a rental car which can be delivered to you at the hotel. If you prefer the convenience of a pickup and drop off by airport limousine, there’s a service that goes from the hotel to the airport (or airport to hotel). The suites themselves are amazing. Comfortable and luxurious, practical as well. The amenities are high class. The staff are well-trained and deliver a high level of service. Facilities are great especially since it is a new hotel. You’ll enjoy a comfortable stay whether it’s long or short. This hotel is probably a good place to work from because there are small cubicles and a meeting room for group meetings. The pool is incredible. The best thing about this hotel is that they don’t surprise you with additional facility usage fees after you arrive. Luxurious cost performance that you won’t regret! All my friends and colleagues already know and will be giving it a try!

Luxury, Relaxation and Yoga!

This visit was my favorite. The staff provided excellent customer service when checking in to my room. The rooms on the upper floors offer breathtaking views! I was able to experience some new things that I missed in my last visit. During this stay, Hiyori provided a drink bar with free coffee, tea and juice. Alcoholic beverages 500 yen (a little over $ 4.50). I hope Hiyori keeps this up, it was a great addition to the service. Morning yoga is a highlight for me. The instructor was great. The class was easy enough for beginners and the pace was just right. I introduced Hiyori to a friend for dinner. They absolutely loved the Hiyori fish tacos. This is highly recommended by me. I must say upfront, that Hiyori has quickly become one of my favorite resorts on Okinawa. Overall, I love the resort, staff and the amenities that come along with the resort. The expectation of excellence only increases with every visit. Of my three visits, the third visit was the shortest, and had a minor problem with the room assignment. My room reservation was for a room with a terrace spa; which was awesome. However, after looking around the room, I learned that the room did not have a terrace spa. After notifying the front desk, the error was quickly corrected, and I was give the correct room. I was very pleased, with the way the error was handled. The breakfast was delicious as usual and the chief and staff were welcoming and attentive.I’m already planning on my next stay; and anyone visiting Okinawa should plan a visit too. ひよりはすぐに沖縄で私のお気に入りのリゾートの1つになりました。 全体的に、私はリゾート、スタッフ、そしてリゾートに付随する設備が大好きです。 卓越性への期待は、訪問するたびに増加します。 私の3回の訪問のうち、3回目の訪問は最短で、部屋の割り当てに小さな問題がありました。 私の部屋の予約はテラススパのある部屋でした。 最高でした。 しかし、部屋を見回したところ、テラススパがないことがわかりました。 フロントデスクに通知した後、エラーはすぐに修正され、私は正しい部屋を与えられました。 エラーの処理方法に非常に満足しました。 朝食はいつものように美味しく、チーフとスタッフは親切で気配りがありました。私はすでに次の滞在を計画しています。 沖縄を訪れる人は誰でも訪問を計画するべきです。

From arrival to departure the staff was amazing. The property is beautiful, with an amazing view of the ocean. The room was one of the best I’ve experienced in Okinawa. The amenities in the room are everything you need for a fantastic relaxing experience. In addition to the great rooms, the restaurant has a great menu, that is great if you want to enjoy some delicious and unique. The fish tacos were so delicious, I ate them twice during my stay. During my stay, a family with a small child had a problem; the staff quickly gave aid without hesitation. The buffet style breakfast included many local favorites, expertly done. Hiyori is a must stay resort when visiting Okinawa.
